Service Usage

  • By using TokenNameRegistry, you agree to these terms and conditions
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • One registration per unique name or idea - duplicates are not permitted
  • Registrations are final once confirmed on-chain - no refunds except in specific circumstances

Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of the content you submit for registration
  • By registering, you grant us permission to store and display your submission publicly
  • You warrant that you have the right to register the submitted name or idea
  • False claims or trademark infringement may result in registration cancellation
  • We reserve the right to remove registrations that violate third-party rights

Limitations of Liability

  • TokenNameRegistry provides proof of registration timestamp, not legal ownership
  • We are not liable for network outages, failed transactions, or blockchain issues
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for registration services
  • Users are responsible for legal compliance in their jurisdiction
  • We provide services 'as is' without warranties of any kind

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are only available for duplicate registrations verified by our system
  • Technical failures that prevent successful minting may qualify for refunds
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of registration
  • Processing fees and gas costs are non-refundable
  • Disputed registrations resolved against the registrant may qualify for partial refunds

Dispute Resolution Process

When registrations are challenged for trademark infringement, prior art, or other violations, we follow a structured dispute resolution process:

Evidence collection period (7 days for both parties)

By creating an account, submitting registrations, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
